Young students often have no choice but to start working to afford the studies and accommodation, especially when they come from a village to study in a big city. Before they learn enough to practice their future profession by working they have to take any job. They usually find something easy to do so they have enough time for studying. So they work in shops, pubs, gas stations or as babysitters. Their day is sometimes very busy because they have to go to work straight after school. Students are usually very good workers because they are young, full of energy and eager to work. They like being among people, they are not afraid of the crowd and busy times in the restaurant are not so stressful for them. Another good thing for the employer is the skills of the staff they hire. There are students from different schools, studying different subjects. Even if they only started their education, they already know something we could use. For example a person studying public relations will be very good with customers, serving them on a high level, dealing effectively with difficulties and investing in Latin America. They would also make a good team leader – solving the problems inside the team, helping organize work better. Somebody who studies at the university of technology, will able to see to the electricity and light, fix the fridge, clean or change the air conditioner filter when it wears out. A worker studying at the school of art could be responsible for the visual part, they could arrange the interiors, decide the way the products are placed on the counter so it looks better.
