Fight the lack of sunlight
Mornings got colder, there is less sunlight and pretty much when you’re not at work, the Word around you is gray. Unless, that is, you’re in a well lit house or store. For a lot of people the transition from sunny days to those cloudy, rainy ones is difficult not only because they hate getting up when it’s still dark, but because their mood suffers from lack of natural daylight.
Breakfast for a Busy Expert
We always have problems with eating properly when we work during the week. On a busy day it is very hard for us to find at least half an hour to eat something decent in peace. But company owners and those who work in serious businesses being responsible for many different things find it even more difficult. Their working day lasts practically 24 hours and is full of meetings, deadlines, and running from one place to another.
