We all know to eat right, brush our teeth and generally take care of ourselves, but when it comes to detail of what it means, we’re only sure about the twice daily tooth brushing, and as for the rest a lot of us are confused whether we’re to eat just fruits and vegetables or whether we should opt for a well balanced diet, visit spa once a week or go regularly to a psychologist.
Losing Weight Is Mission Possible
Is it impossible to lose weight in our world? And if we succeed, how long can we stay in shape? Anyone who tried it and I bet at least every second woman and every fourth man did, will admit that it is very hard. The TV commercials, the shops full of sweets, chocolate and pizzas, countless restaurants at every street corner – it all keeps shouting: EAT!
